Do you offer on-location services or do I come to you?
All day of wedding and event services are provided on location.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, $100 is due to secure your booking so that no other bride can reserve your day with us. This is a booking fee will be applied to your final payment and is non-refundable.
Is there a fee if we have to start really early in the morning?
Yes, a "Pre-Dawn" fee will be added to your invoice for services that require an early start time: Before 7:00am = $50. Before 6:00am = $75. Before 5:00am = $100 (Fee is added per stylist)
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify Tara immediately. However your retainer fee cannot be refunded.
Are bridal trials required?
No. Bridal trials are not required, however we do highly recommend them.
Can I try out more than one style at my bridal preview?
1 hairstyle is included in your trial appointment. You can certainly try additional styles for $50 per style. For makeup you can start with a lighter application and add more as desired.
What type of makeup do you use?
Depending on the artist, we offer makeup looks that result in a flawless look, however airbrush is not currently offered. All other products are a variety of high end brands that each artist has found works best in their experience.
Is there a minimum service requirement?
Yes, all weddings and events that fall on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday have a Minimum of Bride + 5 bridesmaids/ honor guest, or 7 Bridesmaids/ honor guest wanting hair and/or makeup services. This minimum does not include the bridal preview services or flower girl services.
Is there a travel fee?
Flat Rate Travel Fee will be applied to your bridal agreement depending on location and is per stylist.

Orange County- $50- $100
Can I schedule a trial for my mom/mother-in-law/bridesmaid?
Of course! Anyone who would like to receive a preview is more than welcome to.
What days do you hold bridal trials?
All previews are held upon availability. Tara will open specific dates each month to schedule your preview.
What if I work Monday-Friday during normal business hours?
We can certainly book your bridal trial in the evening. Just let us know and we will work with your schedule. However, optimal lighting is very important so we generally take our last appointment at 3:30pm. If you would like to book your trial on a weekend, you may do so for a $25 extra fee.
How long does the bridal trial take?
Previews for both hair and makeup can take anywhere from 2-3 hours and 1-2 hours for single service previews.
How long will it take for my bridal party and I to be completed on the wedding day?
Timing varies by wedding party but we usually book 40/45 minutes per hair and makeup services for each bridal party member, and 1 hour per hair and makeup for the bride. We also schedule at least 15/30 minutes for touch ups at the end of the getting ready day.
Can my bridal party be finished in less time than prescribed?
Yes, you can certainly add on additional stylists to complete all services in a more timely manner. Please keep in mind that extra stylists are not always available. if this is something you are interested in, we highly recommend requesting at the time of booking. $200 per added stylist upon availability. However, our bridal hair and makeup package includes one hairstylist and one makeup artist at no extra charge.
Am I able to keep a stylist on-site to do touch-ups?
Of course!! Any stylist can stay onsite for touch ups.

How should my bridal party prepare for the wedding day?
Please be sure that everyone arrives with a clean, exfoliated face and clean, dry hair. If anyone has curly or frizzy hair, they must arrive with their hair smoothed. We require that everyone have a picture on hand of how they would like both their hair and their makeup to look for the wedding. Pinterest is a very helpful source for all ages. Please be sure that everyone saves photos that are similar to their own hair type, hair color, skin tone, and eye color.
Why do I (Bride) pay more on the wedding day than everyone else?

Do you offer Military Discount?
Yes, we most definitely do. We are beyond grateful for our honored military. A 10% Discount will be applied upon request for active duty or direct dependents receiving the service. We simply ask that you email us a copy of active-duty military photo ID.
